Once payment received, the payment status in your profile would be updated. Entries for which no or no complete payment has been received will not be judged. The entry fee is not refundable.

1. File name should be in English, unique, NOT containing special symbols. File name should be the artwork name. Example: sunrise.jpg. Words such as “Untitled” and “No Title” are not acceptable as part or all of an image’s title, nor are camera capture filenames or titles consisting of only numbers.

2. Accepted file types *.jpg, *.jpeg

3. Maximum image width (horizontal) is 1920 pix. Maximum image height (vertical) is 1080 pix with 300 dpi resolution.

4. File size of each image must be within 2 MB. Oversized images will be rejected.

5. Images must not have any signatures; images are being judged on black background and exhibited on black/grey background.

6. Embedding a source ICC profile is recommended.
